| I would like to tunnel X thru SSH using Xmanager for windows. It works great on my Solaris box but I would like it also to work on my Slackware 9 box. Everytime I get a X11 forward not enabled error. I tried enabling it in the sshd_config file to no luck and I can't find where to enable it on X11 config files Anyone that can send me in the right direction, greatly appreciated Thanks Darren |

Did you restart sshd on the server, and did you enable it in your client profile? On some clients X11 forwarding is off by default. - --keith - -- kkeller-usenet@wombat.san-francisco.ca.us (try just my userid to email me) AOLSFAQ=http://wombat.san-francisco.ca.us/cgi-bin/fom -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/zXYshVcNCxZ5ID8RAqIuAJ94c+AFOLZFiHLSBnDzo4Fy+7UuXg Cgjo3Q kH1uYy0giCViQdreSFLNH7Y= =Ble8 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
