Default auto-starting dvds with gnome

I currently have a red hat 9 system and slackware 9.1. RH9 runs gnome 2.2
and Slack runs 2.4. On my red hat machine dvds start up and play
automatically. How do I make gnome 2.4 do this?

thanx!

You could build autorun, I think 3.10 is latest. I've built a Slackware
packaged binary, available at http://www.ap-accessgrid.org/software/ .
