Default Is noatun supposed to play vorbis streams?

Is noatun supposed to play vorbis streams? I'm using a new and update
Slackware-current machine. Clicking on links to vorbis streams pops
up noatun, which tells me it is playing the stream. But, it isn't.
XMMS and other apps work fine.

I don't have much experience with KDE, so apologies if this is a known
problem. The noatun help files and web site are primarily about
skins, and Googling turned up no answer. Thanks.
