| Just curious here, as it don't compile under 9.1. I'm getting errors regarding casting something into something else (misc.c). I also noticed in the changelog a few references to gcc 3.4. Could it be the differences between gcc 3.2.3 and 3.4 are coming into play here? Could it be the differences in gcc under slack 9.1 as opposed to slack 10.0 are at work? So then, did anyone get IceWM 1.2.15 to properly compile under 10.0? TIA Max -- If Bill Gates had a dime for every time Windows crashed... Oh wait a minute, he already does. |

The package I created is available on linuxpackages.net which includes the build script I used in the /usr/doc/icewm* directory if you are curious. -- Mark echo znex@ghpxre.arg |rot13 |

I suppose I could have avoided whatever it was I was blabbering about by first checking the icewm website and snagging 1.2.16. The newest version compiles just fine on my end. Glad to know it works fine under slack 10. I'll probably make the move to 10 next week. Max -- This is Linux country my good man, on a quiet night you can hear the sound of Windows rebooting. |
