Should I have such by default?

if you create an empty configuration file you can configure lisa in kde
the file is /etc/lisarc
and you have to start lisa every time you start your computer
If you are using KDE there is also Smb4K and Ksambaplugin

with /opt/kde/bin/lisa Lan Information Serwer

Unlike the other two lisas mentioned before, I don't think the lisa
compiler is included in Slackware. However, on the subject of lisas,
there's lisa, the apple computer.

I did a 'grep lisa$ /var/log/packages/*', then looked at the kdenetwork
file in that dir with less and didn't see a config file listed. However,
it seems there are examples of config files in
/opt/kde/share/apps/lisa/README.
