| Supernews, the largest provder of newsgroup access on earth, is now blocking all of rm's "pgp trash troll delete" posts! Because so many other news providers get a feed from Supernews, this means that nearly half of all newsgroup readers no longer see the net abuse. BTW, a Google search on "rm Roger Maynard cordially" (without the quotes) shows that rm is Roger Maynard: http://www.google.com/groups?as_q=rm...&num=100&hl=en |

That will cut him off from another big chunk of the internet. BTW, I followed the link above, and me@privacy.net is right. Long before rm started using a bunch of different names, he signed all his posts like this: (Start quote) cordially, as always, rm -- Roger Maynard maynard@ramsey.cs.laurentian.ca (End quote) No doubt about it. rm is Roger L. Maynard. HTH. HAND. |

You bleeping idiots. You've gone and aggrandized what was once no more than a fly in the shit. You've given the little sicko fame. You've played right into his hands, and you've handed him victory on a silver platter. Those people are to be ignored, nothing more. Now tha asshole is going to show up EVERYFUCKINGWHERE!!!! Sheesh. N00bZ. You mean that we should just not read what he writes? I think my reader (Free Agent) has something called a bozo bin that does that. Does that really work tho? I contacted Supernews and they were happy to get rid of the pgp trash troll delete spam, not just for me but for all Supernews users. Isn't that even better than just ignoring it? Not wanting to argue, just looking for good advice on what to do. Is there a FAQ? Ya gotta admit that his "Who is Roger L. Maynard?" schtick after he used his real name for all of those years is stoopid. |

More properly, scorefiles are used to score some posts down so low you don't see them, or score some up high enough that you get a nice higlight of posts you definately want to read. > I contacted Supernews and they were happy > to get rid of the pgp trash troll delete > spam, not just for me but for all Supernews > users. Yes it is, but you shouldn't be posting that here, as that gives him the attention he craves. > Not wanting to argue, just looking for good > advice on what to do. Is there a FAQ? I'm not sure. There may be an entry on rm, GP, A-B C, and HWNMNBM in the alt.os.linux.slackware FAQ which is posted here daily. > Ya gotta admit that his "Who is Roger L. > Maynard?" schtick after he used his real > name for all of those years is stoopid. As I recall from my W4WG days Free Agent doesn't have filters, You'll have to buy Forte Agent to get this option. -- Thomas O. This area is designed to become quite warm during normal operation. |

Hicks is a rude little pgp trash troll and I sense that many of you have adopted him as your pet since -Cibahole- was driven out. cordially, as always, rm |
