| I'm in the process of pulling out one of my spare NICs to put in the PHB's new whiz-bang ebay computer, since his on-board seems to have crapped out. So, just to make sure I've got the right driver disk on hand, (I have two, which both essentially say "NIC Adapter Drivers"), and after a reboot, log in as "administrator", and letting it do this week's automatic update, I'm presented with a message box, with the caption: "Microsoft GDI+ Detection Tool", and the message: "The software tool did not detect any Microsoft Office, Microsoft Picture It!, or Microsoft .NET Framework software on your computer that is vulnerable to the GDI+ Graphics Component security vulnerability." Well, that's good to know. I think. Cheers! Rich |
