Default Scanner HP 4200C on Slackware

Hello guys,
I'm sorry to bore you with such a thing, but following few how to found
on Google I couldn't solve the problem: let a scanner HP 4200 C work.
I know that in the new kernel, I'm using 2.6.7-2 actually, there is no
scanner module integrated in the kernel and you gotta use libtool.
Can anyone write down the URL of a good and complete step by step guide
or, if you have time and don't know any URL, write down here what to do?
Thank ya'll forward for help and your attention.

Not necessary, xsane scans for connected scanners at start up.
