Default Security updates?

Is there a way to do security updates to Slackware (semi)automatic?
Sort of like swaret, but I want to select the security updates only.

Erm, wouldn't setting swaret to 10.0 instead of current do the job?
AFAIK, they do uptade the 10.0 tree, but only for security issues.
