| Anyone else running an i810 video on 10.1? Mine won't operate more than a minute without locking up the system requiring a hard reboot. There is a bug in xorg-6.8.1 regarding the i810 driver that was crashing my system whenever I tried the 2.6.x kernels (on current). But, it was working on kernel 2.4.28. Now, I wonder if the 2.4.29 kernel has something backported from 2.6.x that's crashing my i810. |

There's a i810_drv.o, compiled from xorg cvs, posted at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=1363 which works for me. |

What do I do with the .o file, just search for it and replace it? |

With 6.8.2 this problem is fixed! |
