| Hello, On my main PC, where a slackware 9.1 is installed, mysql runs with only one process (the /etc/my/cf is a copy of /etc/my-small.cf). On a newly installed system - a slackware 10.0 - I see now thet mysql runs with 10 (!) processes, and it seems that uses a lot of memory. It's the same copy of /etc/my-small.cf. I don't find the differences between the two installations. Can someone tell me how to reduce the number of child-processes ? Thanks in advance, -- ^^ Gauthier (_____/°°-ç | \_`-" )/@mmm|| \nn \nn FOE-Belgium : http://www.amisdelaterre.be |
