Hi Yasar,
You need the scsi2.s or adaptec.s from the installation
disk. Then you can install Slackware.
After this you should use a 2.6.11.10 kernel, because
otherwise you cannot config Slackware to see your
Xeon (I assume) processors and all of your RAM.

We had the same problem with our Dell 2800.
