| I posted a few weeks ago a problem with Docbook on Slackware 10.2 when compiling Hugs98. Stuart Winter replied and supplied an url for an sgml-tools package. This was not without flaws yet and I wanted to ask if the package is fixed, but I couldn't find the original post. -- "Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. Yes, I found it on GoogleGroups, but I don't know how to reply using Pan. I deleted the messages in this group and when I choose for "Download all headers," the oldest messages I get are from 10/12/2005. -- "Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. (but my impression was you just wanted the link again...) btw, there should be no need to download all headers. if you click on "show options" next to the message in google groups, you will see an option "show original". if you click on that, you see the original message, with all headers. one of the headers will be the "Message-Id:". a decent newsreader (and i assume pan is one) will let you retrieve a message from the newsserver by message-id. -- Joost Kremers joostkremers@yahoo.com Selbst in die Unterwelt dringt durch Spalten Licht EN:SiS(9 |

You haven't missed the reply -- I've been working on armedslack recently so haven't looked at sgml-tools again. I haven't forgotten though Could you please email me - mozes at biscuit dot org.uk and include exactly the steps you used to compile it and install it. Also send me an error log - like ( make 2>&1 ) | tee build.log or whatever part of the process gives you the error message. Thanks s. |
