| I just brought home a Samsung ML-2010 laser printer. For $99.99 (at the nearby Best Buys store) I figgered it would be a through-away if it didn't serve my needs, i.e., a low usage home office printer. So I hooked it up to my (spit) windows machine just to test it before attempting setup on Slackware 10.2. !!! Not only does the outside of the box say that it is Linux compatible, but it has Linux drivers on the CD -- and -- The README file actually says that it is compatible with Slack 7.1 and above !!! OK, the drivers are not open source, but neither are the nVidia drivers that I use. No problem. Anybody else using this printer? What do you think? Barnacle Bill |
