Read it again. I wrote "'Over' and 'Out'", not "'Over and out'."
Two different statements, one of which is "Over" and the other
of which is "Out", *not* a single statement of "Over and out."
I am well aware of both ham radio usage and 1940s movie usage.

BTW, it's a redundancy, not a contradiction. Out implies Over.

office 2003 is afair 5 cds. and i saw a warez all-in-one image for
it that reduced to a single dvd image 900 mb. sooo... 5
cds=cca 3500 megs, 2600 blank space, (and since an office suite is kind of
a big package, lets say 100mb compressed or lower is ok value), and 800 mb
bloat. 3500-100/3500=_97.1%_ bloat. boy now that is BLOAT that i wish i
had caps lock level 2 to write the word BLOAT in it.

Probably true, however, office 2003 comes in a number of flavors with an
install base of 128 megs all the way up to a pro business edition that is, I
think, over 500 megs (I recall 600 megs) installed and includes things like
contact managers and Ms access and ms publisher etc.
