Default aterm shading and fluxbox

I've got a problem with aterm and fluxbox:

when I do a transparent, shaded aterm, it will only come up transparent
and shaded on workspace 1. If I try it on any other workspace, it comes
up with a black background.

I tried setting background with feh instead of fbsetbg, to no avail. I
used aterm from linuxpackages.net and rebuilt it myself both from the
sources from afterstep.org and from the debian archives --- didn't
matter.

Anyone else has this problem and perhaps a solution?

I've seen that problem with aterm version 1.x.x so I switched back to
0.4.2 which works just fine in flux

Ok, thanks! I discovered mrxvt while poking around for alternatives
though, and I think it fits my needs even better .
