You are going to have to reinstall lilo, but to do that you will have to
boot with a boot disk of sorts. Either a boot floppy you made during the
install or the 1st disk of the install should get you to a prompt where you
can mount your file system and run the /sbin/lilo command to reinstall.

boot from your install disk and make the disk partition where lilo is
installed as bootable. Windows has reset it.

If you installed lilo in the MBR you need to reinstall it.

You can use slack disc 1 and once you boot with it, read the text that shows up.
You should see something that shows you to:
mount root=/dev/hda2
this will boot you into your slack Linux if slack is in hda2 and you can then
redo liloconfig.

you can boot your slackware using a kernel from the 1st cd of slackware
cdes.
just before the booting the cd it tells you about this

if your rootfs is on /dev/hda1
"bare.i root=/dev/hda1 noinitrd" will boot your hda1 with bare.i kernel
