I have upgraded samba (swaret) and there is a problem....

I lack files/libs as swaret reports:

Swaret could not find packages containing them and it gave up. New samba
does not work of course!

Starting Samba: /usr/sbin/smbd -D
/usr/sbin/smbd: error while loading shared libraries: libldap-2.3.so.0:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/sbin/nmbd -D
/usr/sbin/nmbd: error while loading shared libraries: libldap-2.3.so.0:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


What can I do now? Maybe there is a package with those librarys, easy to
install? TIA.

From the changelog:

n/openldap-client-2.3.17-i486-1.tgz: Added client libraries and
binaries for LDAP authentication. (Thanks to Eric Hameleers for
help with the ./configure options).

n/samba-3.0.21b-i486-1.tgz: Upgraded to samba-3.0.21b linked with OpenLDAP

There were quite a few "additions" as well as "upgrades" in the last
changelog. I don't use swaret, but I think it only upgrades what you have
installed and misses the additions. Get the missing packages from a
mirror.

swaret --install ldap did the job :-)
