Who cares if KDE loads lots of bloated libraries then when You have just a little, more than you are used to, hardware to run it. |

I agree the growing assumption that everyone has icons on their desktop, or a start button on a taskbar (just like windows) is a tad annoying, but no more so than the assumption that everyone uses either rpm or deb package management. I tend to use nedit for a text editor in X, but vim in console. I tried dillo and I like VERY much because it's superlight. There is another one light browser? Firefox is heavy on my machine Dillo is a problem since it's without tabs.
