No, I don't think you understand the issue ... The "packager" has
in fact included the .info file that ships with this package's source,
and the complete manual pages that ship with it as well. The fact that
detail has been removed from the man pages in favour of the unintuitive
interface of "info" is a choice made by the package developpers and
maintainers, not the Linux distribution packager.
