Default keymap problem

I can't seem to get my Win and alt-gr key to work after
upgrade to current. My xorg.conf -file is about the same
as before.(changed the fontpaths of course) I tried out
XkbVariant:",winkeys", but that didn't work.

what to do?

That did the trick!
But it couldn't be used under KDE. I had to fire up TWM and then
I was all good. Renamed the .xmodmap-`uname -n` to .Xmodmap
(xinitrc.kde includes that file from your home directory)

Thanks Chris!

Gee, who'd'a thought that KDE and the Athena widget set wouldn't play
nice together?
