Default is xsane copy broken in slack 11?

Hi,
In the past I could use the copy function with xsane and now I cannot. I
don't know if the change occurred when I switched to slack 11 or not. Has
anyone got xsane to copy documents using slack 11? For the record I have an
epson perfection 1240u scanner, the scanning and saving functions work ok.
Thanks, jwc

Got an Epson 3170 scanner and copy works with xsane..
Never used that function, but am glad you questioned this -.
In the config for copying I changed the command to: kprinter --stdin
(KDE desktop) and switched off zlib compression.
