Default Damn Small Slackware?

Does anybody know if there is a similar project to Damn
Small Linux, but Slackware based? I'm thinking about the
"run everything in ram" thing here and the reduction in
required HDD space etc. (Yeah, guess what I've been playing
with?

I've used Slax live CD's before i finally made the switch to Slackware
Linux, it's quite nice.

When you use the live CD, it has option to load everything into RAM,
among other options.

If remember well, you can also install it to disk.

The web site is quite clear in navigation, so you would have found it
anyway, but here's a link:

Yup. Got there. This looks like something I'd be really
interested in. The fun never stops with Slackware.

In addition to the good suggestions others have made,
there exists an even smaller Slackware-based distribution
for those who consider Damn Small Linux to be bloatware;
BasicLinux. It has two versions:

Minimum RAM version minimum requirements:

386 CPU
4Mb RAM
16MB HDD
NO Floppy required.

Minimum Ddisk space version minimum requirements:

386 CPU
12MB RAM (runs entirely in RAM Disk)
Two 1.44 mb floppy diskettes
One 1.44 MB FDD (two if you don't want to swap during boot)
NO Hard drive required.

Look here for more info:

In case anyone is interested in a small computer to run a
small Linux distribution, there is one that is 55mm x 22mm
(2.2 inches x 0.9 inches).

From all reports by your friends at the gym, that sounds about the
same size as your dick. Does it sound bigger when you give the size
in metric?

Why don't you bugger off on out of here, you fat pig? Macon, bacon,
ooze...

cordially, as always,

Here's a picture of the phat phuck:

Once he told us that he and his friends at the gym stand around
laughing at us because we describe him as fat.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Macon Bacon is a "self-taught engineer." That's right.
Self-taught, as in high school dropout. This means he can't wear
the ring on his finger but he has to wear it on his nose...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

[SNIP]

Looks fun, but maybe a little TOO small for me. I like the
idea of a customisable live-cd that can be handed to someone
as a "Try that!" thing. CDROMs are WAAAAAY more impressive
than floppies.

Linux on a floppy is about all the linux that Phat Boy can
handle. He hasn't upgraded to cdroms yet, anyway.
