Default openwin startup problems

hi,

I've got a sun blade 100, with an exper3D-Lite video card.
after a power failure, the x server is unable to start
i've got the error message : YUIDGFORMAT invalid argument

i tried to reinstall the videocard drivers, but it didn't works...

does anybody have an idea about how i can do to resolve the problem ?

here is my /var/edt/Xerrors:

VUIDGFORMAT: Invalid argument

There's a problem with your mouse - the Xserver is trying to activate
the driver and it's failing.
