cachefsd errors

Hi,

anyone come accross cachefsd errors like these
cachefsd[481]: [ID 676604 user.error] cannot accept connection: Illegal
file descriptor (current state 4)

Its occuring on Solaris 8 0503 kernel rev 20.

any help appreciated,
