Default pkg-get problem

hi

after a power failure, i'm anable to use the comand pkg-get ?

it works fine for downloading packages, bunot for install
for exemple, when i use" pkg-get -i ncurses "
it check the good realeses, download it, and then, it stop, doing nothing
....
and it does this with all packages i tried to install

==> PASV ... done. ==> RETR
ncurses-5.3,REV=2002.12.06.1-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz ... done.
Length: 1,865,986 (unauthoritative)

I also tried to only download them, but after download, i can't install

# pkg-get -i ncurses-5.3,REV\=2002.12.06.1-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg
ERROR: no matching SysV PKG found.
ncurses 5.3,REV=2002.12.06.1-SunOS5.8-sparc-CSW.pkg
(either you mistyped it, or you need to updatecatalog, or
it isnt available for your OSREV yet)

Is there another command to install pkg packages ?
or a way to repair my pkg-get ?

thanks for your help
