Default Is the Solaris 8 source foundation program still available

Some time ago, Sun made the source code for Solaris 8 available. The
complete source not the peices of linkable modules they used to provide
back when they bundled a C compiler.

In any case, does anyone know where I can download a copy?
I am particularly interested in SUN Sparcstation IPC internals and since
documentation is lacking, I thought I'd look at Solaris source.

Besides Solaris source will be better than shchelping through the Open
Source equivalents ...

Any ideas

Sorry, that program is no longer available. (And it wasn't the complete
source, but only a portion of it.)

Solaris 8 wouldn't be of much use to you there since Solaris 7 was the
last release to support sun4c machines such as the SparcStation IPC.

I was on the program, and couldn't really work out what SUN really got
from the participants. I also do remember the 40-question quiz in order
to qualify - that was fun :^)

I also had an old (complete) SVR4 source years ago, which had in the su
command the standard "usage:.." message for ordinary users who screwed
up, but if root screwed up the command options, it responded with a
special SysAdmin usager error "sausage:.." :^)
