That would be because "sparcv9" refers to your processor type,
not your operating system. The SPARC version 9 architecture
(UltraSPARC) was introduced over 10 years ago.

These errors are typical of an older CD-ROM drive attempting to boot
CD-R (burned) media.

In my experience Verbatim-branded media has the highest probability of
booting in Ultra-10 vintage CD-ROM drives, but many of them will only
boot from pressed media.

Any IDE CD-ROM drive manufactured this century should be capable of
booting your Ultra-10 from CD-R. I would try a newer drive first.

UPDATE # 7:

Guys, I was finally able to install Solaris on this machine. I want to
thank all of you for your suggestions and encouragement.

The trick that worked was that I recorded the Solaris ISO at 4x speed
as suggested by many on Aurora Linux forums. How a CD that was recorded
at 4x differs from one recorded at 12x, I do not know.

However, I minimal installed Solaris 10, and need to add relavant stuff
like CDE and install a USB card.

Thanks to all again

The edges of the lands and pits will be just slightly better defined.
I often record at a lower speed than the rated speed of the disk if I
want to make sure that the disk will work in most any player.
