Default Solaris 10 print service and generate a lot of tmp files

OS. solaris 10
Issue: when print service is running, it will generate huge amount of
tmp files in /tmp/, those files named as
"<server-name>.<random-number>.1 like: "saturn.3456.1"

The print service starts and stops every 5 seconds, every time it
generates files under /tmp/
So I have to run "lpshut" to stop print service.
But every time if you add a new printer, the print service will start
automatically, then I have to stop print server again.

Any idea?

The lpsched log file:

09/07 09:02:40: Print services started.
09/07 09:02:44: Print services stopped.
