CIS was working fine until a few days ago. It stopped working even though
I haven't made any changes to the server. sp_configure "enable cis" shows
1 as the config value and 0 as
the run value. I've rebooted a few times and even re-applied the EBF for
11.9.2.6. There are no error messages in the log file. I used to get
the following messages:

Component Itegration Services loaded/11.9.2.6/1290/P/EBF 10489 ESD1/NT
(IX86)/OS 3.51,4.0/FBU/Mon Jul 15 02:52:37 2002' Component Integration
Services: using 'Sybase Client-Library/11.1.1/P2-EBF9940/PC

now these messages no longer show up and I can't find any type of error
messages.
