Default VXVM roodg problem

Hello All

I reinsalled vxvm 4.1.1 and after reinstalling, i manually started vxvm using following commands

# rm /etc/vx/reconfig.d/state.d/install-db
# vxiod set 10
# vxconfigd -m disable
# vxdctl enable

Then, I put the rootdg entry in /etc/vfstab.

It showed all dgs in "vxdisk list" and all was fine(rootdg was there), but after reboot its not able to find rootdg during the startup, it says following error while stating the vxvm

rootdg -- No such disk group
/dev/vx/dsk/rootdg/rootvol -- No such file or directory.

What else do I need to do?
