| Our Solaris 10 Sun server has 16 x 2.02Gb cpus with 80Gb memory. It runs Oracle 10g, Websphere 6.0, JVM, Veritas 4.1 and a 3rd party software. The data resides in a Hitachi mid-range enterprise storage array. We notice that the "mjf" column in "mpstat" command is consistently very high among different cpus. What may be the cause ? Is there any way we can trouble-shoot and resolve this ?
