Default LSI22320-S Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter Specs

Arrrrgh! I don't know how this could be so frustrating. I have a PCI-
X LSI Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter that I cannot find detailed
specifications for. The model is LSI22320-S. This is (obviously) an
LSI adapter, but it was manufactured specifically for Sun
Microsystems. I am trying to determine what RAID levels it supports
(if any). What I find on-line groups it with other 22320 controllers
and it seemed to support several RAID levels. I installed it in a
test server and it does not seem to have RAID capability.

Does anybody have (or know) the real, actual specifications of this
card? I have asked LSI, they say talk to Sun. Sun seem impenatrable
and their online resources point me to the same information that I
already saw.

Thanks for your help.
