Default bluetooth mouse

i have friend who just purchased a laptop and he is using a bluetooth mouse
under windows. he made a dual boot with a Centos 5 installation and
although, he is able to get bluetooth mouse to be recognized and he is able
to input the id of the mouse after all of that the mouse still doesn't
operate. any ideas ?

What is in use, bluez utils/libs? I've not done anything with a BT
mouse, but I recently got my headset working with the latest
bluez-utils, which just came out. Maybe try to upgrade, if it's not
3.25 already.
